INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

                 BETWEEN HELLENICCHINESE UNION ANDCHINESE COMPANIES OPERATING THE COMMERCE VALLEY OF THE WORLD

                                                                 3rd Hellenic-Chinese Business Conference

         A cooperation agreement of national importance was signed between Hellenic-Chinese Union for Economical,Commercial and 

Cultural Communications and thedevelopment and management Companies of World Business Valley-CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY, 

SHENG JI CANG LOGISTICS CO., the larger business platform internationally for the organization and functioning of trade relations 

between China and global market.

          Hellenic-Chinese Union’s objective for the promotion of Greek products in the Chinese market is achieved.

         The Cooperation Agreement was signed on April 28  th, during the 3rd Hellenic-Chinese Business Conference,organized by 

the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (IOBE) and the Business Confucius Institute in Athens (BCI Athens) at the 

Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

          The World Business Valley-CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY is an Internal and External International Transit Logistics

Station, the largest business platform for bilateral trade relations between China and countries of the world. So

called “Business Park”, under rapidly construction, covers an area of 10 square kilometers, has Trade Centers,

storage and other facilities for products of world trade, Free Trade Zone and Logistics, and other support services for

trade, as brands, human resources and promotion of new talents policies, aiming to become a world leading center

for the collection and distribution of products not only in Chinese Market but also in Asian Markets.

          Hellenic Chinese Union for Economical, Commercial and Cultural Communications managed to secure the first

collaboration with the aforementioned giant agency and signed the first private agreement worldwide, ensuring the

use of an area in the Park, for all Greek exporters who want to do business in China. Hellenic-Chinese Union through

this Agreement undertakes the obligation to invite companies from Greece, Cyprus and other Balkan countries to

bring their goods and products in the World Business Valley-CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY.

         The Chinese companies was represented by Prof. Guo Taicheng, Chairman of group of companies developing and

managing WORLD BUSINESS VALLEY, Vice President of China Federation of Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs ,

Professor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Honorable President of Chamber of Commerce of Shen

Zhen, who presented for first time to the Conference Members the video of CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY,

announcing  that “World Business Valley-CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY, completes rapidly its first phase of

construction, in which a part will be offered through Hellenic-Chinese Union free of charge to Greece for Greek

products and goods, that will substantially help to further strengthen the business and economic relations between

the two countries”.

           On behalf of Hellenic Chinese Union for Economical, Commercial & Cultural Communications the Agreement was

signed by its Executive Chairman & Vice President Mrs. Nikoletta Kaperoni, who said: " This agreement opens a new

road to all Greek products, furthermore to all businesses of small, medium or large producer groups and

organizations who wish to export their products and any kind of goods not only in the Chinese Market but also in the

Asian Markets, through the World Business Valley-CHINA YANJIAO LOGISTICS CITY”.
